The longer this goes on with no description of fault or remediation the longer it looks like a cyber incident. Three need to get out in front of this with better comms out to manage the 11M customers on their network.
We're aware of an issue affecting voice services and are working hard to fix it. Data services are working normally, so calls can be placed via third-party messaging apps. We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Iโve met a bunch of the NHS cyber team and theyโre all bureaucrats talking NHS speak rather than being serious. We need a decent, focussed state cyber capability across all our public services
@thatginamiller It isn't a private firm, it is a JV with NHS bodies. And the core problem is the lack of enough digital skill inside the NHS to judge the cyber security of either internal systems or the contractors delivering the service.
