The fact people are not understanding the satire here and treating it literally is concerning.
My sources are telling me Twitch will no longer be counting views from people who are not watching your stream. This effectively means that if someone doesn't have your stream open, it won't count as a view.

Toxic positivity is doing you worse than people being honest with you. There’s a lot more that creators could be doing, including myself. People don’t wanna hear that though!
I recently vetted 1000s of creators for a paid opportunity, the top reasons creators missed out: • No email in bio anywhere • Missing or bad social links • Not posting short form • Excessive + constant swearing • Copyright music in the vod • Sub-only or missing vod
