On 1 September, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Philippines and our DelDem team co-organised the #ShareKoLang, a deliberative forum on ‘community aspirations’ with 24 randomly selected citizens. Their aspirations are deeply relational, often intertwined with the #aspirations of others.
