low volume = more gains , the high intensity gets u 2 sets doing ur best for a 6-8 rep range failure. More gains cuz u still put intensity and u dont burn ur gains cuz u dont do more sets than needed and ur body recovers fully overnight w 8 hours of sleep,with high volume it cant
High volume got finally patched, some guys said this for years and no one believed, Got +120-140% improvement during 3-4 months doing low volume high intensity 2 sets max 6-8 reps going failure
