A quick note. One of the reasons I chose to step down as Chair of Priorities a few years ago was the strong leadership in place & the innovation/forward-thinking they would bring. They're constantly asking what can we do better, a hallmark of good leadership & an effective org.

This is critical. Republicans have invested $1 billion in digital infrastructure in the last 5 years AND are willing to take risks online. Data should INFORM decisions, not make the decision for us. Democrats are too risk-averse, overly scripted, and poll-tested to to death.

Sen TILLIS on the Senate floor says he will support the rescissions bill, but says, "If we find out that some of these programs that we've communicated should be out of bounds, that advisors to the President decide that they're going to cut anyway, then there will be a reckoning.
