2021: 6 months without a single meeting for my FB ads agency Today: Run a $23k/mo lead gen agency This is how you get your first client, if you have zero experience. And the best part? You don't need any money to get started.

golden rule for printing on FB ads: Turn off every single Facebook recommended setting and do the opposite of what they tell you. Been workin well for me since 2018

We lost one of the greats tonight. Genuinely the most magnetic, talented, charming guy Iβve ever met in my life. Changed thousands of lives in person and online. Nobody in this circle would be who they are without him. One of one. Long Live Ben Bader. Love you brother.

Took me 2 months and 2 clients to make more revenue AND profit through pay-per-lead by spending my own money on ads through my own funnel than my traditional agency I had been running for 4+ years with zero employees btw

and don't even get me started on how easy signing clients is you literally just tell them your price per lead and start a trial for 20-50 leads 10x more enjoyable bizz model than traditional agency if you are a good marketer and hate client calls this is the way

media buying has become so fucking easy 90% is just ads so only thing you are doing on a daily basis running this play is creating new ads and making sure they are 1. Producing high quality leads so your buyers are happy 2. giving you good roi

5000 leads/Mo Sell for $20 Generate for $10 Spend $50k on ads Generate $100k Profit $50k Or... Generate 1000 Leads/Mo Sell for $100 Generate for $50 Spend $50k on ads Generate $100k You get the point. How to scale? Simply find more buyers and plug into your funnel

How to speed run $100K/Mo in pay-per-lead with zero employees: - Niche: Evergreen Products (Home services, insurance etc) - Clients: 20+ man call centers - Spend own money on ads to your own funnel - Sell leads 2x your lead cost - AI creatives Example below:
@guslevitate Would love to learn more on the model bro!

yup, for the right partners pay per closed deal can work out awesome but I'm moving away from services where I work inside their business I want to own the funnels, the ads, everything and then I send them leads they can close. so if they can't sell, I just get a new buyer
@guslevitate Pay per lead is the right oneβ¦ Iβm also thinking about commission for closed deals

biggest problem with selling agency services on a performance basis is that when the performance gets too big your client will start to resent the payment usually around the $15k+/Mo mark this is why I prefer pay per lead as they are buying a product - not a service

if you don't like performance deals you're probably just dogshit at getting results pay-per-lead/call all the way baby

bro a winning affiliate campaign is the closest thing I've seen to printing money after 5 years taking sales calls and doing client work daily, affiliate almost seems too good to be true π

Bizz is not easy If you are getting into this game without any experience you will go months if not years without any sign of progress Everyone successful you see in the timeline has gone through it Lots of pain, uncertainty and doubt Keep going bro, it will all be worth it

All really great marketers always end up building their own brand/offer Scaling traditional agency with more clients is not really about being a good marketer Its just being good at hiring and management and doing basic marketing at scale But great marketers don't wnna do that

Sell before you build is one of the best advice I can give anyone You don't need ANYTHING but a tiny bit more knowledge around a subject to sell someone If you can't sell it --> Move on If it sells like hot cakes --> Sell 10 more people and then build...

Scaled my coaching bizz to $100k+/Mo last year through cold traffic weekly live webinars Took a while to crack, but once it converted it was so easy to scale it not being reliant on sales people to aggressively scale was a dream come true. and in terms of fulfillment I was just

I find it very funny this side of twitter thinks $100k/Mo agency is the absolute ceiling and you can't scale past that Meanwhile multiple of my clients are marketing agencies doing above $500k/Mo. 1 is closing in on $1M/Mo Skill difference
