Great day to take notes our @CBL_UA plots at Kernen Farm @CDC_USask. Great height expression with excellent lodging, lots of leaf spots & FHB in plots-all this is already helping me kill poor lines in my Prelim Yield Trials! For me, nothing with poor straw goes forward.

Creston stripe rust nursery is another (other than Surrey nursery) integral part of my breeding program. Excellent rust expression & already killing poor lines here. #PublicWheatBreeding #Genetics_at_work .These nurseries help us build stripe rust resistance in Canadian wheat.
