In wanting to set-up something counter, there has to be certain level of seriousness & coherence that makes the counter viable - & better - establishment structure. Too often rebellion relies on old establishment to keep things running - & then its difficult to take it seriously.

The *entire* reason for booking @airindia was the direct connection between SFO-DEL. So the unilateral rebooking via Mumbai is insane! Also for 35 min schedule change on the outbound flight, you're giving me option to rebook but for THIS, you're demurring w/ "booked via agent".
