Officially a Doctor 🎓 but forever a 2D Foundrier 🧡 Thanks @Andres_2DMat for making it special, and to the whole 2D Foundry group for all the support and fun! Grateful to be part of such a wonderful team to grow with, both scientifically and personally.
Today Gülsüm (@gulsumersu) defended her PhD thesis. Another 2D Foundrier for the family. Thanks Gülsüm, you've been pivotal for the group all these years. Big thanks 🙏!

1/9 Sometimes you've projects you enjoy and you have a lot of fun. When they work. It's awesome!!!. Well, in the last year we've learnt how to make the thinnest possible ommelettes and we ended up using them to fabricate field-effect transistors 🤯. 🧵👇

Heartfelt thanks to my supervisor @Andres_2DMat for making this work so memorable and joyful.
Very happy to share that our image (an actual picture of our penplotter plotting graphite based electrically conductive traces on paper) made it to the back cover of #AdvEngMater (@AdvSciNews ). Kudos to @gulsumersu for all the work, including these nice pics!

This is truly an outstanding achievement and a testament to his exceptional skills and talents. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him.
Thrilled to receive the Miguel Catalán award for sci under 40, the most prestigious research award given by the Madrid government. It's an honor to be recognized for my work and I look forward to continuing to make meaningful contributions to the sci-community and the citizenship.

Spending time and creating memories with gorgeous people are so precious. I love every moment that we have together.
COVID has taken many of these personal moments beyond the lab. I am glad that we are catching up little by little 😊. We just came back from the first @2d_foundry outing in León. What a wonderful time I had with all the team! #ScienceIsMoreThanLabWork
