The Five Focusing steps from Dr. Goldratt is a fundamental thinking process to improve flow and is one of the reasons I expected more #DevOps folks at the #TOCICO event.

If you are seeking to improve flow with #DevOps, you really need to get involved with the #TOCICO. I attended their annual event and was surprised how few DevOps folks were there.

I want to clarify something about Bimodal IT. We originally talked about fast or slow but realized it was really about degrees of certainty. Mode one is for situations where there is certainty and mode 2 has uncertainty. Both matter and need to improve #does2017.
