The Five Focusing steps from Dr. Goldratt is a fundamental thinking process to improve flow and is one of the reasons I expected more #DevOps folks at the #TOCICO event.

If you are seeking to improve flow with #DevOps, you really need to get involved with the #TOCICO. I attended their annual event and was surprised how few DevOps folks were there.
