@NYCMayor @KathyHochul [N][R][W] TRAINS ARE RUNNING WITH DELAYS.: The last stop on some uptown [N][W] trains will be 96 St on the [Q] line. 2 ntrains for every q. No q shows at time. Platform continues to over flow.
