Got some big, bittersweet news to share this morning: This Friday is mine and Justin’s last day Polygon. All explained in our letter below, but TL;DR: It’s TOTALLY amicable, and we’re gonna keep doing Monster Factory on some kind of recurring basis.
I’m so torn up about Bourdain. I started reading his books in college, when my world was so insular, so small. He was so talented and compassionate, but most of all, he made the world seem just so … open. He made continents move closer together. I’m just in shock that he’s gone.
