It is absolutely infuriating how the support engineers have been treating me. It does not seem to work even after multiple escalations made at the customer care end. I wonder if @airtelindia should focus on hiring some competent helpers because the ones available now don't work!

The support engineers I have been assigned to have all been rude enough to not reach out to me until I reach out to them. Even then, they kept pushing their made appointments multiple times before finally cancelling them from their end stating that they do not work in that area.
