It’s well known there are a lot of unlicensed mobile home parks, although no one knows how many. Unsurprisingly it’s very hard to address water issues there.

I worked with the Water Working group (thanks Mark Gold, Tracy Quinn P.E., Marty Adams Fran Pavley) of the BRC and helped author the water portion of the UCLA report. There is some very good work there to check out.
