Mental toughness is what Russell Wilson displayed when his coach got on his butt He took the criticism like a man, didn’t cry and feel sorry for himself, didn’t go run to mommy, didn’t ask for a hug. WHAT HE DID DO WAS GO BACK OUT THERE AND COMPETE.

All these big words we use as coaches doesn’t matter if you can’t get your kids to buy in. Better recruit kids who fit your teams’ personality and mentality.

Don’t feel sorry for these big colleges with all this money, resources, and 1000 coaches. They have these kids year round…. Get your backups COACHED UP.
