I find myself vising classrooms by walking around the building to see what is going on. I find that I feel more "in the know" about what is happening in our classrooms because even if I am just glancing from the door, I get a snapshot of the classroom. #GSUEdLead

This is a difficult discussion topic, however, I believe if a culture of collaboration is established, a leader should see an employees curiorsity to ask questions to gain more understanding as constructive inquiry. #GSuEdLEAD

Some of the best leaders are the ones who actively promote employees to new positions and supports their career advancements. This idea of talent sharing or sponsorship create a work place that attracts other high quality applicants. #GSUEdLead

Are highly proactive people always a positive force in groups? Not if they lack conscientiousness. Productivity isn't the only key to success. Team members driving change need to be purposeful, organized and deliberate in accomplishing goals. #GSUEdLEAD
