Cultures that value independence will process moral judgements differently than cultures that value interdependence. This difference of community first verses the person first should be something leaders reflect on when passing moral judegment. #GSUEdLead https://t.co/Y21PGLDADs

This is very interesting! One strategy we can use is paraphrasing what the speaker said while you are thinking through your response in order to prevent a delayed response. This type of active listening could help to show people that you care about the conversation. #GSUEdLead

How a Pause Can Change Your Judgment of Sincerity https://t.co/JLp07mV9ry A delayed response leads to people feeling the response is less sincere is contradictory to the practice of thinking before you speak. #GSUEdLead

Leaders sometimes sacrifice to support their teachers. You could give your time, attention, support, and lead with a passion and purpose. Good think I truly love what I do and I will always try to do what I can to support everyone. #GSUEdLead

People are drawn to leadership for different reasons. While leadership can feel isolating, the most effective leaders are those who lead selflessly & prioritize the well-being & success of those they lead. #GSUEDLEAD

Has anyone else been caught in a work "flow"? I know I have! As a leader, we can align tasks to intrinsic motivators such as curiosity, passion, purpose, autonomy, and mastery, we can catalyze a group flow within a PLC. #GSUEdLEAD https://t.co/RGijbiE1wo

I find myself vising classrooms by walking around the building to see what is going on. I find that I feel more "in the know" about what is happening in our classrooms because even if I am just glancing from the door, I get a snapshot of the classroom. #GSUEdLead

Even more of a reason to get out of the office chair and be visible in the building! Just 10 minutes of mild activity, such as walking around your building, can boost hippocampus activity. Walk to remember! #bevisible #GSUEdLead https://t.co/Q7ikfqD5uS

This is a difficult discussion topic, however, I believe if a culture of collaboration is established, a leader should see an employees curiorsity to ask questions to gain more understanding as constructive inquiry. #GSuEdLEAD

Some of the best leaders are the ones who actively promote employees to new positions and supports their career advancements. This idea of talent sharing or sponsorship create a work place that attracts other high quality applicants. #GSUEdLead

Are highly proactive people always a positive force in groups? Not if they lack conscientiousness. Productivity isn't the only key to success. Team members driving change need to be purposeful, organized and deliberate in accomplishing goals. #GSUEdLEAD

It was a privilege to participate in @gsucehd's 11th annual educational leadership research symposium. I learned so much from the roundtable presentations and feel so inspired by Keynote Dr. Katika Lovett. May we all continue to "Lead with Justice and Inclusion" @kbrezicha
