ik i’m doing bad but the amount of trash i just removed from my room rly puts it into perspective 💀 it’s so hard to be proud of myself when i haven’t cleaned absolutely everything but i have to remember it’s okay to do things bit by bit and not all at once

i’ve been wanting to deep clean my room for like two months or more and i never did bc i’ve been depressed and tired and stressed about a million different things but i finally put a dent in the mess today. there’s still a lot to go but it’s better than before

at my appointment today she said i’ve been her toughest case to crack with adhd and i’m like haha wow what an honor 😍 sure fucking wish it could just be easy bc adhd is ruining my life 😍 (no hate towards her tho she’s been patient and nice)
