Coach Neptune yells “move it”, it’s a trigger that allows the players to find their collective rhythm. Like a choir conductor getting each section to speed up/slow down or inc/dec volume. His/Her job is to get the choir to listen to one another in order create the perfect sound.

2. TEAM offense is like an orchestra or a choir, everyone is in time with one another and when they aren’t it is abundantly clear. You create beautiful music when you learn your teammates rhythm and then create a collective one.

1. Moving the ball from one side of the floor to the other WITH PACE is very difficult to guard. Think about when your team does shell in practice. Sprinting to help as the ball moves from side to side leaves you on your heels the entire possession.
