As someone who was never awarded a GRFP, I can 2nd this. A significant portion of my job now involves grant writing. the GRFP proposal taught me so much in what to do, and what not to do.
To students working on GRFPs: - Submitting the application is a huge accomplishment, in itself! - Writing your statements is a valuable process that will help you develop as an independent thinker. - You're doing something very hard, during a pandemic. Be proud of yourself!
