Asks for brief outline of problem to patient to work out who to book with... ends up in 10 min waffle of issues FYI not clinically trained or paid enough for that!

Why do patients never take responsibility for any mistakes they make?!

Why do patients think they are entitled... refusing to wear a mask for a ‘disability’ checks their records and nothing that would indicate this! 🤦♀️ WHY LIE TO GET OUT OF WEARING ONE!
