Something no one tells you about. Consumer mobile apps are hard!. I'm telling this after running a freemium B2B SaaS. Sure App store gets you exposure, but you gotta work hard on retention to justify a $4 sub to a consumer. It's opposite in B2B - harder to get, easier to retain
