@googlenesthelp I can now log into the app, but it says my nest is offline. Going to the Nest, it says it’s connected and online.

@googlenesthelp Was finally able to log in and app worked fine for about 10 minutes but now it’s saying offline and there is nothing wrong with my WiFi
