We can't thank @_purplehibiscus enough for such an amazing, hands-on cooking experience for our students. Sharing your family's beautiful, historic story and your journeys exploring other Caribbean islands and countries was truly impactful! . The doubles were delicious!

In celebration of the Lunar New Year, our students had the chance to learn about and make dumplings. They explored different methods for using chopsticks and practiced different folding techniques. Students surely enjoyed the delicious dumplings they created.
