One of the biggest lesson in the bear market I learned: No one works or contributes for free unless they get something in return. After running a project as a founder , I thought the people who came with enthusiasm wanted to be part of the project But 95% were seeking a job.

There are more lessons I learned but I felt these were the main ones. Follow for more nft content.

3) Focus on the long term . If your idea is just mint out and think about the future later, just stop the project. The reason for the current bear market is due to lack of trust in the space caused by previous nft projects just abandoning. Focus on what you give in return also.

2) Work with speed. Once you get attention, it’s tough to retain that attention for a long time. Even if the community is supportive, they too will slowly hesitate too if they don’t get constant updates of the project.

1) Never use influencer marketing. It was the biggest mistake I made while marketing the project. You get mostly fake followers and the reach just gets dead from the next post. Especially in the current space it can be the worst decision.
