Still no update from @teachable as their support refuses to recognize the problem allowing us to PAY THEM to get the system up and running. Attached is the error message we keep getting 👇👇. An error occurred while processing your card. Please refresh the page and try again.
Further update here. @teachable support has been terrible in helping to find a resolution and refuse to bring us back online. We are going to be looking to migrate off the platform as its disappointing with 100,000 learners that we are getting treated like this.

Just an update that we have received nothing from @teachable and have tried 10 different ways to pay to get the system back up and running. @gns3 community if you can please RT this to get their attention as its been 4 days since we have been down!.
