ā—ļøThis is why I don't eat dried fruit . Drying fruit removes water, concentrating its sugar. The fiber stays, but you eat much more sugar than whole fruit. Just look at this glucose spike from raisins vs. grapes. Enjoy dried fruit for pleasure, not for health 🌈
