I can't discern the practicality of asking a subscriber to create a DIY letter asking the provider for disconnection. I think it would be more efficient for both to have a form that contains the required fields like acct#, reason, etc. Is it to make the process more difficult?

I submitted the requirements for @PLDTHome internet service upgrade last April. Now, it’s almost 4 MONTHS, but the progress is still not clear. Will this request be resolved @pldt ? Or will it just be dragged on for several months until the customer gets tired of following up?
