POV: ADHD is a real thing! Many undiagnosed children and adults (including myself) grow up thinking they are bad kids, lazy, stupid, and won’t amount to much. The symptoms can be managed with the correct method… the emotional damage is harder to manage.

Earlier this year I lost a grandmother to diabetes. In August my aunt lost her battle with Breast Cancer, two weeks later my other grandmother passed away. I come from a family of fighters and I will continue their fight for as long as I breathe ❤️🕊️

Top 10 in the 🌎 🥺wowww this really means a lot. It’s really been a long season and to look back and see how much I have progressed in the sport, I must say I am super proud of myself🥰🙏🏾To make the finals and finished 9th at my very first world championship means a lot👏🏾.
