Our work on merging metadata management in DedupFS has been accepted by Usenix FAST’25. The title “Don't Maintain Twice, It's Alright: Merged Metadata Management in Deduplication File System with GogetaFS” is a homage to both Bob Dylan and Akira Toriyama.

I got paper reviews saying that I shall use more acronyms to make the writing look more succinct. But do you really prefer VD over virtual disk? Especially when I claim we can gracefully handling users’ VDs.
