Called the police in Mobile but they said we had to contact the police locally who could then ask them to do a knock and talk. Being at the mercy of our local police and how serious they'll take this is disheartening.

My son's SO managed to restore access to their bank account and determined that no money had been taken. Still waiting to hear whether the package intercept worked or not.

My son's SO just fell victim to a scam. I'm so heartbroken and angry. Now they're out a switch and possibly gave access to their bank account to the scammer. The poor kid is just trying to better themself.

Kinda disappointed. I should be a lot further along at this point in the year. I thought I'd hit somewhere around 180 books for the year but I'm only at 74 with 4 more months left in the year. I slacked off in the spring and it shows. Next year...
