Unfortunately, SCOTUS has allowed Virginia to purge eligible voters from the rolls. Eligible Virginia voters should know that they can still register to vote at their polling places on Election Day and cast their ballots the same day. @CampaignLegalCenter .

Yesterday, a federal court blocked Virginia’s last-minute attempt to unfairly purge thousands of naturalized citizens from its rolls. Congrats to @CampaignLegalCenter @AdvancementProject and all others involved in this challenge of #VoterSuppression.

Baseless attacks on drop boxes are another form of #VoterSuppression. Drop boxes are secure and expand access to the ballot box, particularly for people with disabilities and evening shift workers.

If you were previously convicted of a felony, don’t assume that you can’t vote! The rules vary by state and most states restore the right to vote to citizens after they complete their sentences.
