An oldie but goodie…
1. A tale of two cities. Spotify says "yes" to Adele's request to not allow shuffle for her new album. Netflix ignited a fury among studios when it tested adjustable playback speed, but rolled out the feature regardless. Netflix = customer-obsessed (not studio obsessed).

Here's the info on my Maven Product Strategy workshop. I iterated on the format, based on feedback from 400 students, and expanded the course from three to five hours (over two sessions) and now have an NPS of 70. So, I'm increasing the price from $250 to $350 next Wednesday

I just finished my 3rd 2 x 2.5-hour Product Strategy Workshop on Maven. After a lot of iteration my NPS is 70 (considered world-class). Next session is April 1 and 3 and then I’ll take the summer off, but will be back in the fall. See link in comments to learn more.
