I’ve decided not to shop on Amazon anymore. I trusted Amazon for timely delivery, and now I’ll be leaving for my trip without the clothes I ordered. Truly the worst service I’ve experienced.

When I contacted customer care, the agent showed no empathy, and even after escalating the call, I was told to wait three days for a resolution. That’s unacceptable. As a long-time Prime customer, I expected better service. Unfortunately, because of this experience

My order was marked as delivered and handed to resident, but I never received the package. I confirmed with the watchman that no delivery person came that day. This is the second time such an issue has happened.

Guess what ! Nothing happened, no call back. 👉 Contacted the store again myself, now they say they will only replace the lenses, which will take another 4 business days. This is unacceptable service – broken promises, no accountability, and customers left to chase for solutions

👉 I waited 24 hours, but no voucher. 👉 Contacted Lenskart customer care, they said no complaint was raised by the store and it would take 2–3 more days. 👉 Spoke to escalation desk (Shubham) – he assured me a call back and said the voucher would be issued in 24 hours.

I gave my specs at Lenskart Tadepalli store for adjustment and the staff broke them. They promised I would receive a voucher within 24 hours so I could order new specs (which itself takes 3–4 business days to deliver).

Its a scam for 30 mins delivery
