Erik has been a valuable team member with over 22 years of electric utility experience. Erik led the Sims Power Plant's transition to a diverse power supply portfolio without any employee layoffs, focusing on attrition & retraining. The GHBLP greatly values Erik's contributions!

Paul serves as our SAFETY DIRECTOR and oversees compliance with all utility safety programs. He works with all department supervisors to improve our safety & reduce injuries & lost time. Thanks to Paul's knowledge & expertise, we have an excellent safety track record at the BLP.

9 years ago, Chris began his journey at the BLP as a maintenance custodian, having previously served in the Navy Reserves. Currently, he contributes as a System Operator, managing multiple shifts & assisting our customers. Today is Chris's birthday & we wish him the best year!
