Giving Encarnacion ABs at the expense of Matos is malpractice. What else do they need to learn about Jerar at this point? Unless they’ve already made up their minds about Matos’ future it doesn’t make much sense to me. Jerar can hit 5 homers tomorrow and I’d feel the same way.
