Social cap is an estimate of how many followers you should have given the amount of engagement you have.
So no user’s social cap should be over billion.

Deployment complete & the bug in social cap calculations is fixed.
Across the board, social cap and expected measures are now much accurate (no more social caps in the billions!). This should better reflect engagement on X.
