How does any of this make sense? (Hint: it doesn’t)
For taking part in the legal @UCU industrial action & not marking 11 scripts for which I'm allocated 7.3h - my employer is deducting 50% of my pay over 31 days! That's 15.5 days of no pay for 1 day of withdrawn labour. But VC is holding a party 🍾to thank us for our hard work 😩
