We’re open, just a little late! We will open at 12 p.m. today, Saturday, Jan 11 to give our staff and guests more time to safely arrive at the Aquarium as the winter weather moves out of the area. We’re excited (and so are our otters!) to welcome our guests today!

WE’RE CLOSED FRIDAY🙁 Due to the wintry weather, we will be closed Friday, Jan 10. While we may be closed, our animals are not affected and are still being cared for by dedicated team members to ensure they receive uninterrupted care.

Due to inclement weather from Hurricane Helene, Georgia Aquarium will be closed on Friday, Sept 27 and plans to reopen on Saturday, Sept 28 (9 a.m. - 9 p.m.) This is out of safety of our guests and staff. Our animals will still be cared for + this has not affected their exhibits.

Georgia Aquarium will be closed today, Sat June 1. The city-wide water issue is still affecting the Aquarium and many others in the area. This is not affecting our animals, but it is affecting our guest areas like restrooms.
