Hi @AmazonHelp. The problem is my name. It thinks I'm trying to give a building name, rather than my actual name, so it's showing an error. For info I tried: "Geoff House" - nope "Geoff A House" - nope "Geoff Hoouse" - ok "Geoff Houses" - ok Maybe I should change my name? 😀

Now on virtual chat with Amazon customer service. You can probably imagine how it’s going ….

You couldn’t make it up. I’m guessing @amazon thinks that my name “Geoff House” is the name of a building and won’t deliver to it… Same problem for my wife and mum … 😥

I think the algorithm tasked with working out what I want to buy has finally given up on me. Today it has shown me adverts for a six sided city in Saudi Arabia, and a system for reminding me when to clean my centrifuge. “I don’t know- Is THIS it?! Is this what you want?!”
