What’s going to be new @HFLHS this September? New locker rooms, new auxiliary gym (wrestling room), new hallway to Wellness and Aux gym and new digital security and messaging systems…are just some of the changes…

No shortcuts. Tax payer investments in our student’s learning spaces means we dig deep as the school year fast approaches. 16 sub contractors on site on a Saturday. ⏰

Ok. Saturday-work day. 6 track installers are placing final top coat on @HFLCSDAthletics @HFLtrackfield .Let’s stay off that final coat and let it seal properly! It is beautiful. Striping and final punch list still ahead. New turf next summer! 🐾

Pool is not done w renovations, but we will reopen for @HFLCSDAthletics @HFLSwim_Dive on Monday. Waiting for delivery of new diving boards and starting blocks and we have a big punch list to go. But H2O is balanced and we can get going!

New parking lot @HFLLima is almost ready for blacktop, four renovated classrooms and toilet rooms still need some significant work before the students arrive. Going to be a nail biter-‘get er done! 🏁

For the record, the new @HFLLima playground is huge! Equipment installed. Drainage in. Stone in-fill going in and coming up to grade. New curb starting tomorrow that will anchor the synthetic field under the equipment to make it ADA accessible and available on wet weather days!😀

I’m not going to look at the calendar…@HFLManor pipe insulation, driveway replacement and blacktop sidewalk and recess area all in the midst of renovation. The gym floor is finished, but work on auxiliary spaces w continue into the school year. Driveway w be ready!
