Ngl they made me hate my body shape, my long neck, my lips, my eyes.. lol there's many. It took internet to make me realise my body wasn't ugly. A lot of adults were cruel to me, unnecessarily. It's a long way journey to find beauty in you when everyone denied that.
i hate the fact i was one ugly mf . thanks to my bully for sending me this pic of mine so i stay humble .

@geetownnn True. Even pretty vs "not so pretty"kids are treated very differently. Many people will deny but the same people do it subconsciously.

@geetownnn Precisely. I have my friends telling me yeah your skin tone is so gorgeous but growing up i was the one passing chits from senior boys to them. The insecurity it fed into me has affected me till date. When someone calls me pretty now, it feels so special coz it wasnt common b4!!

IM SO SORRY TO BREAK YOUR BUBBLE BUT I WASNT TREATED LIKE A HUMAN WHEN I WAS FAT AND DARK SKINNED. PERIOD . IF I WAS FAIRER AND SKINNY I WOULD HAVE BEEN SUGARCOATING HUMAN LIKE YOU. HAHA .

@geetownnn @callforlauki @csedivine no one is sensitive and don't every expect society to be fair. I know how it feels when class teachers don't put you into the best positions in stage play just because you're skinny and shorter. though now they won't recognize me , they do treat me better.

@geetownnn Yes. Because they are. Fair skin+ avg features tops dark skin+ good features. It is what is is. Pretty privilege is real. Pretty people have a different mindset and cannot relate to the extra stress avg looking un girly girls had to deal with. Never goes way.
