To anyone grumbling that #wordle has changed since NYT took over, it has barely changed, they've mostly removed offensive words.
Detecting changes in the #Wordle dictionary between the "original" and "New York Times" variants. The word lists are easily found within the source code. (There is a separate list of "solution words" too, but let's start with the main "valid guess" dictionaries).

There’s interest in role of diet in #gout. However, few studies have been conducted in people with gout; one shouldn’t just extrapolate from general population studies. Diet is adjunctive at best. ULT is mainstay for definitive mgmt. @G_CANgout

Sympathy, overwhelm, distrust, pity, helplessness... I am researching the feelings & responses people have to viewing medical crowdfunding campaigns❤️🩹⚕️💻💰👀 New Zealand people, I'd love your help to complete (and/or share) my anonymous 10-15min survey
Medical crowdfunding is a fundamentally social phenomenon. But little is known about the affective & moral engagements of audiences/potential donors. We are gathering data via (10-15min) survey, from anyone in NZ who has viewed a campaign in the last year: https://t.co/qaLrjCjATe

New tapir fact! Each toe counts as a hoof. 😮😮
Tapirs are odd-toed ungulates: they have 14 hooves - four on each front foot, three on each back foot. They may be large, solid animals, but they are able to walk quietly and delicately when required to. #TapirTuesday

Ok twitter, how long do you keep looking for something before giving up and labeling it lost forever? I'm so angry I've lost my hei matau and really don't want to think of it being gone forever. Last confirmed sighting - a selfie from September 14th 😭

Several abstracts (including ours) at #ACR2020 look at the link between diet and gout/urate levels - all encourage less focus on diet when treating #gout. . @TonyMerriman2 @MurrayCadzow . The folly of dietary restriction in contemporary gout? | RheumNow

Little Girl wanted to join @Hilary_Barry's #formalfriday by wearing her best dress today. She's a little late to the party, but hopes you'll forgive her - she's only a week old.

Ten years ago I was handing in my gene honours dissertation. Today my first student is handing in hers! So proud of the effort she's put into this project and what she's achieved - even before you remember she did this during a pandemic! @GeneticsOtago #AcademicTwitter #handinday

Question time was worth listening to today Journo: "Is it irresponsible of a cabinet minister to put info to the public that hasn't come from a reputable source?" PM: "He said he got the info from a journalist so perhaps we should turn that question back on you. Next question."

Giving feedback to Stats NZ will help set the standards for all sorts of future surveys / research. Gender and sex diversity is real and surveys /statistics need to reflect and record that reality.
