5️⃣ How to do a self-exam: - Stand in front of a mirror and check for any changes. - Raise your arms and look again. - Use your fingers to feel your breast in circular motions. - Don’t forget to check under your arms too!

4️⃣ How to reduce your risk: - Regular self-exams (monthly preferably) - Routine medical checkups - Healthy diet and exercise - Limit alcohol and avoid smoking
