Everyone should code. Everyone should invest. Everyone should give one-size-fits-all advice that shows their superficial achievements and deep insecurities.

Being specific narrows the field, which is why I’m reaching out. If you know of opportunities, people I should connect with, or advice to share, I’d be grateful.

Looking ahead, I’d love to join a company where I can apply my zero-to-one experience to meaningful, long-term work.

A highlight: leading Product at @draftbit (YC W18), guiding the team through many iterations on the road to product-market fit.

That experience set the stage for my second act: product management. For the past 8 years, I’ve been the first PM at early-stage startups, helping take products from 0→1.

From there, I struck out on my own and started @fitmeal, a digital health + nutrition service. A crash course in entrepreneurship, full of pivots, partnerships, and lessons I still carry.

My first act was as a software engineer. In 2010, I joined @hunch (ML recsys startup). After its acquisition by @eBay, I spent 4 years on a small team shaping the homepage for the global marketplace.

I’m beginning the search for my next role. Ideally one I can grow with for the long term. A new chapter in my career.

If you needed to store data today and be sure it survives the next 100 years (no data loss, no format obsolescence), how would you do it? Where would you put it?.

In 2023, I used spaced repetition and active recall to pass my health permit exam. I learned the phonetic alphabet to confidently spell out my name over the phone. I improved my memory in various aspects of my life. For 2024, what are the toughest Q&A-based exams out there?.
