After writing a short story, 8th grade students explored geometric transformations by creating a Stop motion video. The top 3 winners were Elizabeth Requeno Reyes, Britney Higgs, and Miles Sanders.

❄️Winter Wonderland ☃️ Third graders designed creative Winter Wonderland parks using their knowledge of area. Students used grid tiles to design ice rinks, light gardens, hot cocoa stands, snowman grottos, and more — then calculated the area of each space using their models.

Our first graders recently completed a quick write that turned into a full class book titled If You Give a First Grader a Snowflake! Each student wrote a page, then took it a step further by recording themselves reading their page and embedded the video into the book.

He competed in 10 tournaments, earned multiple 1st-place finishes in his age group, and won two Grand Champion awards for the 14–17 division. At the Toronto International Tournament of Champions, Harold placed 3rd in weapons and 4th in forms against top international competitors

Harold L., a student at Greenville County Schools Virtual Program, had a stellar year on the North American Sport Karate circuit — finishing the season ranked 2nd in North America for weapons and fighting in his age division.
