A big Birch tree at Mammy & Daddy’s house came down a few years ago in the storm. My brother Kevin found a Chainsaw Sculptor (yes, they exist😂) and he did this today with the stump of the tree that remained. I think it’s amazing.

So I made a balls of the Trifle on Xmas day. It was eating me alive (no pun intended) as you can imagine. Used fresh pineapple and I've only learnt about Bromelain. It's an enzyme in fresh, but not processed, pineapple that eats gelatine. Every day is a school day.
