Sorry folks, this is my fault. Just yesterday afternoon I had a random thought “is Steven Knight still doing the Rey movie?”, I googled and was stoked to see that he was. The universe said “oh you sweet summer child, don’t be silly”.

The music nerd in me keeps getting annoyed at Rivals. Like it’s set in 1987, so why so much music from 1980-82? No one was listening to Haircut 100 in 1987.

Worth pointing out that according to The News Agents podcast, senior Tories are also in America campaigning for Harris. I actually don’t think it’s a good look whoever is doing it, we all know Trump will stir up his support with claims of foreign interference.

Might be unpopular but I absolutely hate when artists do this. Your job is to perform and give the audience who’ve paid to be there an amazing time, not berate them because you’re not getting the appreciation you think you deserve.

Middle of October. It’s grey, breezy, damp, there’s valley fog and it looks cold and miserable. But it’s 19° and getting warmer later. 😮 I went out for the dog-walk layered up, but halfway through I was down to my T shirt.

4 IDF soldiers killed on an Israeli army base. Sucks to be them I guess, but sounds like they were genuine military targets. Now can we talk about the hundreds of innocent civilians being slaughtered every day by the IDF, not to mention the disregard for civilian infrastructure.

They launched a new menu this week. The “veggie” options contain fish. 🤦♂️
Went to the new-ish local restaurant of a recent Masterchef winner last night and it was SO disappointing. They were open to our feedback and I admire their honesty when they said they didn’t know much about vegetarian food - but still!
