The brothers have overseen 5 top 6 finishes out of 6 seasons, we’ve never had such a spell of league finishes. I think they’ve earned the right to expand their model a bit further.

This set up is definitely unusual but a more joined up approach between the recruitment and the on the pitch set up, might make the difference between play offs and automatic.

The players that football radar have signed/identified have achieved play offs in 5/6 seasons. But only one promotion. Last season we missed autos by 6 points and Maynard underperformed by substantially more than 6 points.
