The Libertarian Party just keeps getting uglier and more bigoted, and former donors keep boycotting in protest.
Does the Mises PAC blame itself for the LP’s implosion? No, that would require honest self-appraisal. It’s much easier to blame those of us who left.

NEW: A leak reveals Members of the Libertarian National Committee (LNC) engaged in crude remarks about the LGBTQ+ community, extremist ties and GOP collaboration.
@Hatewatch
reports on the leak of Libertarian Party internal communications.
@gaughen
Why are we citing SPLC as if they are a valid source. Also, why would SPLC consider "GOP collaboration" to be an issue for a presumably hateful group?
Very sus
@gaughen
There are many things that pissed me off after the Reno takeover. I still basically support the principles even though there are some bad apples. Losing 20% of the membership (and there money) was a bad move.
@gaughen
But I don't think that's what this is, I agree with you assessment before it's intentional, its grift, it's sabotage. MC was installed by political operators whose aim is to eliminate the most viable alternative to the Republican party.
@gaughen
I know right? The LP had such a high watermark in 2016 but the MC didn’t show up until much later what happened after 2016 in the meantime to cause such the decline?
