So, it looks like the Mounts of Mayhem drop is feature complete. Most of the drops this year seem to be medium sized, more or less, not significantly large or small. What are your thoughts on this drop, and what would you like to see added or changed for Minecraft in the future?

Realized there was a period in Minecraft history where we basically had no new *proper* biomes added for about 5 years. Between 1.7.2 and 1.13, it was only the void, a technical biome, and end generation variations, which are just the singular biome on bedrock.

"Seperate the art from the artist" does not work when the artist is still alive and saying that the money she makes off it will go towards funding hate groups and legislation

The new undead mounts make for some very fun variation in our selections of rideable mobs. Are there any other mounts you'd like to see as undead variants? If so, what would they be and how would they be found? #Minecraft

@gaspoweredpick This is what I wanted to write under the main post. Please, people, the Wooden and Golden Spears are worse than the regular empty hand (same damage, but slower).

What are your hot takes on Minecraft weapons and similar items for combat? Mine is that some enchants are just not that good, and there's not much that can be done. Yes, that includes lunge. I think they should just leave it and improve the spear's base damage at this point.

I think spears would be good if they dealt 1 more damage, with the jab attack at the very least. This would make the exchange between more reach and less damage feel more in scale with combat test snapshot balancing. The charge attack is perfect though!

Lastly, because the jab is the attack that has the most missing potential, I will suggest again for it to be buffed. Jabs can't even perform critical hits, so I really don't think it would hurt to increase the base damage a bit.

3. With the charge having high potential and the jab having middling potential (some of which is missing from the game), I don't see that much for lunging. It sure is fun, but in general survival, there are going to be very few practical reasons to perform advanced stunts for it.
